Remove wheels undo the slide pin bolts or pins which ever applies push calliper piston,s in with special tool or a G clamp fit new pads then reverse the removal.

For front brake pads replacement you need only usually wrench set, inclusive 7 mm allen key also. But for rear brake pads replacement you need obligatory a special caliper piston pressing tool, in order to press back rear caliper piston with parking brake automatic adjustment!!! For front brake pads. First you must verify yours front brake disc diameter: 280 mm or 288 mm. After that you can buy the brake pads (with wear sensor). For change front brake pads you must raise vehicle, remove wheels, extract the retaining spring of the caliper, and remove the caliper as follow: 1. Do not disconnect the brake hose from the caliper, and do not allow the caliper to hang by the brake hose! 2. Remove top and bottom caps (on back side of the caliper) for access to guide pins, then unbolt and remove them from the brake carrier. Remove the caliper. 3. Now you must thoroughly clean the brake calipers (free of grease). 4. Remove outer brake pad from brake carrier. 5. Pull inner brake pad out of brake caliper piston. 6. Check up the brake fluid level on the reservor, and emptying if neccessary! 7. Push piston back into brake caliper housing. 8. Install inner brake pad (with expanding spring) in brake caliper piston. (Arrow marked on pad - if exist, must point in direction of brake disc rotation when vehicle is moving forward). 9. Install outer brake pad into brake carrier. 10. Bolt brake caliper housing to brake carrier using two guide pins. Tightening torque is 25 Nm. 11. Install both caps. 12. Insert retaining spring into brake caliper housing. Important: Depress the brake pedal firmly several times while the car is stationary so that the brake pads adjust to their normal operating positions!!! Check brake fluid level and top up if neccessary!!!
Front brakes on all modern cars are disc brakes. The front brakes generally provide 80% of the stopping power, and so tend to wear faster than the rear. Replacing them - pads, rotors and calipers - is quite simple once you understand the process, and can save you a great deal of money. These instructions will include a full front brake replacement. Also, having a service manual for your vehicle will save your sanity, as well as time and money. If you only need pads, or pads and rotors, but not calipers, skip the steps for replacing calipers. Remove brake fluid from the master cylinder brake fluid reservoir until the reservoir is approximately 1/2 full. Discard the removed fluid.
Raise and safely support the front of the vehicle. Remove the front wheels.
Remove or disconnect the following:
Front brake caliper guide pin bolts
Brake caliper by slowly sliding it up and off the adapter and brake rotor. Support the caliper out of the way with a strong piece of wire. Do not let the caliper hang by the brake hose or damage to the brake hose will result.
If necessary, compress the caliper piston into the bore using a C-clamp. Insert a suitable piece of wood between the C-clamp and caliper piston to protect the piston.
Outboard disc brake pad from the caliper by prying the brake pad retaining clip over the raised area on the caliper. Slide the brake pad down and off the caliper.
Inboard disc brake pad from the caliper by pulling the brake pad away from the caliper piston until the retaining clip on the pad is free from the caliper piston cavity
To install:
Be sure the caliper piston has been completely retracted into the piston bore of the caliper assembly. This is required when installing the brake caliper equipped with new brake pads.
If equipped, remove the protective paper from the noise suppression gaskets on the new disc brake pads.
Install or connect the following:
New inboard disc brake pad into the caliper piston by pressing the pad firmly into the cavity of the caliper piston. Be sure the new inboard brake pad is seated squarely against the face of the brake caliper piston.
Outboard disc brake pad by sliding it onto the caliper assembly
Brake caliper assembly over the brake rotor and onto the steering knuckle adapter
Caliper guide pin bolts and torque to: 35 ft. lbs. (47 Nm) on 2002–04 models or 26 ft. lbs. (35 Nm) on 2005 models
Front. Apply the brake pedal several times until a firm pedal is obtained.
Check the fluid level in the master cylinder and add fluid as necessary. Road-test the vehicle.
For the rotors:
Remove brake fluid from the master cylinder brake fluid reservoir until the reservoir is approximately 1/2 full. Discard the removed fluid.

Rear brake shoes as fitted to drum brakes can typically last up to 60k miles with periodic adjustments, but you have rear disc brakes and the shoes will typically last half of that.
Also, modern brake pads no longer contain asbestos and are now made using harder metallic compounds; the direct result is that brake discs (US=rotors) are also considered to be consumable items as they are worn down by the harder pads. It's not unusual to have to replace front discs every other pad change and rear ones with every pad change; in both cases the mileage will typically be around 30k miles on most models.
It's not that hard to replace, but there are some tools that your going to have to buy. If there is a Auto Zone in you're area, you can buy the brake pads and may be a new brake rotor if they look to worn out. The rotors are not that expensive any more. They also have the right tools to buy or you can use there tool loner program to get the job done and they have the step by step instructions to replacing the break pads. No you don't, you can have them turn the brake disk/rotor . Turning the brake disk/rotor is when you have the surface of the disk resurfaced by having a brake lath cut the high spots down.
The disk are cheap enough now that most will just replace the disk/rotor the same time they replace the brake pads. You can pick up performance drilled or slotted brake disk/rotor for almost the same price as the OEM disk/rotor.
Good luck and hope this helps, you can pick up the slotted brake disk/rotor at Auto Zone for a reasonable price and they will have the step by step instruction replacing the disk and if you like to just have the disk/rotor turned, they can do they there too.
The hard part is pressing the caliper piston abck into the caliper so you can get the new, thicker pads over the rotor. A large C Clamp works best.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Pads —Front Disc Brake
Removal
Remove the wheel and tire assembly. For additional information, refer to Section 204-04 .
Remove the front disc brake caliper bolts. torx bit. T20?
Support the front disc brake caliper from the front strut and spring assembly using mechanics wire.
Remove the front disc brake pads.
Remove the outboard front disc brake pad.
Remove the inboard front disc brake pad.
Installation
CAUTION: Make sure the master cylinder reservoir does not overfill and spill brake fluid while retracting the front disc brake caliper piston. NOTE: It is necessary to fully retract the front disc brake caliper piston in the bore before installing the front disc brake pads. Install the front disc brake pads.
Install the inboard front disc brake pad.
Install the outboard front disc brake pad.
Caution. The outer pads are left and right. put left on driver side.
Position the front disc brake caliper on the front-wheel knuckle and install the brake caliper pin bolts.
WARNING: It is necessary to depress the brake pedal several times to position the front disc brake caliper piston before driving the vehicle.
