You need the radio serial #. Hold preset # 1 and # 6 at the same time, and turn on radio. The write down the serial # it is 8 digits. You can register on-line as the owner, and get the code. Or go to dealer.

The dealer where you bought the vehicle should be able to help you with this code. Sometimes a sticker is affixed inside the glovebox too.

You need to get the code from a dealer. Caused when the battery is disconnected.

Also check in the spare tire compartment for the radio code label, that's where I found mine on my Accord.
