SOURCE: front rotor nut

hi out of curiosity? are wanting to renew thebrake disc/rotor ? or the actual hub that rotor fits to ? as not usually necessary to have to remove hub to change rotor ? unless the rotor is bolted to hub from the rear ?

SOURCE: how to change the rear 3 spark plugs on a Buick regal LS 2002

You can try rotating the spark plug boot a little bit-not even a 1/4 turn-to break the seal between the plugand the boot. Then pull the boot wire off with a pliers on the metal boot shield. Once the boot has beet rotated on the plug, the shield helps to remove it.

What size axle nut does a 2002 buick century need?

Sounds like you need to change a hub and bearing assembly big nut can be either 34 or 36 mm, bolts on rear 13 or 15 mm, if equipped with abs, be careful to route the wires correctly and remove the clip retainer to pass the connector through the knuckle past the cv joint.. it is posible without removing the knuckle or cv completely.

Should the entire bracket that holds the wheel bearing be replaced. drobert8. Buick Rendezvous 2002

The front wheel bearing for your Buick is an integrated wheel hub/bearing/ABS.
Yes, the whole thing gets replaced. It should look like the one off my Bonneville; Bearing.

Remove wheel/tire. Remove brakes. Remove rotor. Remove axle nut. Press-out axle shaft. Unplug ABS connector. Remove 3 bearing bolts.
Don't forget to put the heat sheild back on during reassembly, and the axle nut need to be very tight.
