I seriously don't know where that sensor is located? Banks usually
reffer to the engine ignition coils on the engine, not drive or passenger side, anything. Sorry, I couldn't be of more help.
Good luck.

SOURCE: Hi My jeep cherokee 2.8 crd has knocking sound

Well, something is broken. I suggest that you get it on a lift, and listen with a Stethoscope and be sure the noise is in the tranny. There is not usually anything good that comes from a noise like you describe. A broken tooth on a gear damages the mating gear and those parts add up fast.

There is a bulb inside each of the knobs usually in the center. Have you checked the Fuse?

Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel CRD 2.7. Where is the alarm fuse on it please?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to model category.

The security alarm and engine immobilizer are functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the ECM. You can't just pull fuses. When the battery goes completely flat, or is disconnected, you just need to reset the Security System which is done via the Remote Fob.

Both malfunction indicator light and electronic throttle control warning light is burning after I had my 2006 jeep crd overland serviced. The car is losing power wile driving. What do I need to solve

have the fault codes read and replace the faulty units. Ask the service person if they pressure cleaned the engine as that quite often causes problems with water getting into the connections and shorting out

Auto gearbox on grand cherokee 2005 3.0 crd

Dipstick should be on left side of engine back near firewall. If it sounds like its slipping and does not move till 3K rpms, it is slipping. Low fluid, internal wear or converter draining back into unit when sitting for some time can cause this. If fluid smells burned, change it. If there is a ton of fine metal or non metallic debris in pan, you likely need a rebuild.(there is always some in pan but should not be excessive) Sometimes using a good trans additive/conditioner can extend the service life somewhat but no chemical can replace a worn component.
