Speed sensor for the ABS system or for the speedometer?
If the speedometer and it is four wheel drive than the speed sensor will be in the rear housing of the transfer case.

These sensors are quiet a problem. They are located under the intake and normally go off because the engine got washed sometimes the water will evaperate and the problem goes away but anymays the intakes gota come off there are 2 of them so i would recomend replacing both while ur at it

Under intake manifold on top of block, you need to remove intake to access sensors there are two of them you can't miss them when intake is off. After replacing sensors you need a new intake gasket.

I just replaced the one on mine with no improvement. After inspecting the trans i found a second one on top of the T-case replaced it and all ABS warning and speedo issues fixed.
