Look at your old battery and make note of the brackets installation and the terminal (positive and negative ) locations. Remove the positive cable, then the negative cable where they attach to the battery poles. POSITIVE cables are normally RED.....NEGATIVE cables are normally BLACK. Remove the battery hold down bracket making sure you do not place anything metal across the two battery poles. Install the new battery into the battery tray, attach the hold down brackets, the attach the negative cable end then the positive end. BE VERY CAREFUL and DO NOT GET BATTERY ACID on you or SHORT ACROSS the battery poles with any metalic object. If you have not done this before and are buying a new battery from an auto center....they will...most times.....install the battery for you free of charge
