My gearbox is leaking bad from the bottom what do i need to do to fix it?
The gear box is probably going to need bearings. This is what would take out the seal that needs replaced. Replacing just the seal wouldn't last very long, they are not hard to disassemble and reassemble.. Call around first to see if you can get parts. You may be better off getting another unit from a salvage yard. You have to remove the hoses, the steering linkage and the pitman arm. And three bolts thru the frame to get it off. Buy or rent a pitman arm puller, it will save you lots of time and a major headache. Use an impact gun or a long breaker bar for the frame bolts. Remember it is a 1999.

fuel pump sounds to me like have a friend sit in the cab and turn the key on , just on not crank, you open the gas tank door and listen you should hear the pump kick on for a couple seconds if you dont hear it you need a new one

power steering is at the front of the engine and runs on the belt. The reservoir cap looks like this:
To top off steering fluid, use standard steering fluid.
The reservoir in front of the brake booster is the brake master cylinder reservoir. To refill, use standard brake fluid. If it the truck is using brake fluid, check for leaks at the back of the master cylinder and at all wheels.
