SOURCE: I heard that the starter for the 94 PARK AVE. has been recalled.

It is ok my wifes is fine we found no problem but if there is a concern just let them fix it it is free,

a good way to find out is to login to autozone.com and start a free account and add your vehicle when you so it will ask for your vin put it in and then you can look at the recalls that's out for your vehicle

I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre which also has problems with the electric windows. I do not believe there is a recall, but the problem is with the cable attaching the regulator to the motor. These little cables break often. To repair the door panel will need to be removed and a new regulator with motor will have to be installed.

Yours is most definetly one of the recalled units which were prone to fire. The GM Recall number is 09047. The National Highway transportation safety association action number is EA 07008. The NHTSA campaign number is09V116000. I am not an attorney, but would advise you to consult one with these numbers and get your claim submitted.
