The passenger seat airbag only fires in a crash if there is someone sitting on the passenger seat. There is a sensor in the seat cushion that register a person sitting there. Under the seat there will be a connector, take it apart and spray it with electrical contact cleaner.
You didnt post the model of the IMOGEN and the battery that you are charging or the charger information. Additionally what fuse is blowing? The car fuse, the cord fuse the charger fuse? Imogen is not forthroming with any specifications about the current draw that the units need. You probably should contact imogen directly

usually the whole cruise control portion needs to be replaced. if changing the fuses didnt work its an electrical thing that the dealer can only mess with. sunroof are tricky, your gonna have to take it to a tint alarm place or someone who installs them. it maybe simple...or the motor is burned out on it. you can have tons of power to it but if the motor is burnt it will be dead as a door knob and wont open the roof.
