I'm trying to fix another problem on my lesabre and I saw your question here. I don't know when or if you even will need or read my answer, but I've changed the water pump before on my '93. It's not as impossible as you might think. I'm NOT that mechanically inclined. I'd be happy to describe it in detail if you are interested. If the signal lights don't work on either side, front and back, check the flasher, usually located on the fuse block. If this isn't it, let me know, we can continue from that point.

disconect the negative battery cable from battery for 20 seconds and replace cable back,then try ac let me know if this helps u

Are you sure the blower motor is defective? If the blower motor resistor pack is bad the blower will not work. Have you applied 12 volts directly to the blower motor to verify it is bad? I have not replaced a blower motor on your particular car but it is usually a labor intensive repair. Depending on where you have it repaired the cost could be as little as $150 and up. Hard to say without actually doing it. Replacing the Resistor Pack is a fairly easy repair, so hopefully that is your problem.

The coded key probably needs to relearn. Turn ignition to crank and release. Let sit in on position (engine off of coarse) for a full 10 min. turn off for 30 sec. and repeat 3 times engine should start. This procedure should take 30 min. so a booster is needed to maintain a full 12 volts. Do not attempt w/out a charger connected;
