This happens to most power-steering cars when you park your car and the wheels are not pointed straight ahead. When you turn off the car the centering device in the car steering locks hard against steering wheel lock. You have to pull the wheel hard in one direction or the other while attempting to unlock the steering.

You have a head gasket leak. The gasket is allowing heat/exhaust to pass from the exhaust ports to the cooling jacket (antifreeze). This makes the coolant grimmy. As you move from traffic to park the car, there is no more exhaust gasses pressurizing the exhaust ports and now the hot, pressurized coolant is allowed to move from the cooling jacket into the exhaust port, turn to vapor and escapes through normal exhaust routes.

Does the smoke occur all the time? If it is present just after start up and then goes away, it could be no problem at all. There is always some condensation in the exhaust at start up. It is more noticeable in cold weather.

However, if it is there constantly, and you are losing coolant, it could mean there is a headgasket problem. Watch your coolant level and watch your temperature gauge. If the coolant starts disappearing, and the car starts overheating, stop it immediately and get it to an auto repair shop. Driving a car with a bad headgasket can cause major engine damage.

Could be a head gasket leak as white smoke is a sign of water. I would suggest having it checked. It doesnt take alot to cause white smoke.
