I have a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder with the dashboard
I have a 2000 LE Nissan Pathfinder with the dashboard gauges going dead 2-3 times daily while driving. When it comes back on (all gauges) the gas gauge resets to the right measure but the temperature gauge stays on "hot" or top of the scale all the time now. The dealers never want to deal with it because it is always working when I am there in front of them. Help.

You will need to clear the codes with an OBD-II scanner, or remove the negative battery cable from the battery for a few minutes. Just be sure the ignition switch is off when disconnecting/reconnecting the battery cable. Have a good one.
Just a quick test turn your headlights on then try cranking the engine . If the lights go dim out go out then replace your "good" battery as it has a dead cell

There are 2 fuses linked to the clock; 1 is connected to the radio and
the other to the gauges. If the radio and gauges work then the clock is dead, it is a very common issue with these clocks. I have a
repair service, check out www.autoclockrepair.com. I have removal
instructions, etc there. Please le tme know if you have any questions, I
would be happy to assist, thanks!
Its very common on a lot of cars, the instrument cluster has a number of connectors soldered onto the circuit board, the solder joints get loose or are bad to begin with and you will get these kinds of intermittent display issues. They are a pain to fix because the entire cluster has to be removed, just to solder the joints! The soldering is the easy part, re/re of the unit is the real pain. If you go through the trouble make sure you also inspect every solder joint on the board while its out..you don't want to do it a second time!
With the ac, sounds like you definitely have a short with the ac electrical wires. Have a mechanic check that out. 2. The wiring for the dashboard gauges may have tears or something is causing high resistance in them or you may need a new dashboard itself. Have that checked too.
As far as the brakes when you trying to change gears, what do you mean brake lock wont open? Finally with the RPM, I dont think your dashboard gauge is working correctly so you may need that replaced also.
