SOURCE: truck wont start

Try spraying some starter sray in the breather and if it cranks, but only runs on the sray you may have a fuel or glow plug problem.

I have a 1985 gmc sierra classic with the 350 engine been having trouble getting it to start I already put the timing chain on time but wont start it will crank but wont stay on.

There can be several reasons to check and must start by a flow chart fuel line, fuel supply, firing and then the timing. Check the electricals and see if there is firing, check ur firing sequence.

I put a 2008 moter in a 2002 coalt and it wont fire

Did you use all the electrical parts off the old engine? If not your ECM (Brain Box) may not be interfacing with the new parts which most likely require a different ECM . Also, insure all wireing harness connections are tight and that you have a good ignition coil/ power to it as well.
