SOURCE: I need a brake system, parking brake and drum

Go to faxonautoliterature. They can fix you up with the original Ford service manual which should be able to give you what you need. It probably won't have the actual routing of brake lines down the frame but it should have key areas. Hope this helps.

1996 gmc 6.5l brake line diagram

The brake system on your vehicle consists of hydraulic lines that run from the master cylinder to each wheel. The lines are typically made of steel and are routed along the frame rails and body of the vehicle. There are also flexible hoses that connect the brake lines to the brake calipers or wheel cylinders at each wheel. If you need to replace a brake line on your vehicle, it is important to use the correct size and type of line to ensure proper operation of the brake system. The diameter of the brake line is typically 3/16 inch, but it is always best to confirm this by measuring the existing line or consulting the vehicle's service manual. When replacing brake lines, it is important to use a tubing bender to create the necessary bends in the lines. Sharp bends or kinks can cause the brake line to fail, which can lead to a loss of brake fluid and a loss of braking power. If you are not confident in your ability to replace a brake line on your own, I would recommend consulting a qualified mechanic for assistance. They can help you identify the correct brake line to use, and can install it for you to ensure proper operation of your vehicle's brake system.

I hear a squeak or scrubing noise coming from the right front on my 2004 nissan maxima. i have change the rotor, struts and brakes

it is very common that when the brakes are repaired the dust shield gets bent, Jack the car up and support it remove the wheel and spin the rotor and listen for the grinding noise. this will take a few rotations. Also since some times it is a revolution related noise, you may want ot inspect around the dust shield and visually confirm that it is not contacting the rotor.

When i press on the breaks to stop its making a scrubing sound like the break pads are scrubing

A metal on metal sound? It could be due to worn down brake pads and the squealing is how the engineers designed the pad to let consumers know they needed to be changed. It could also just be dirty. Go out and buy an inexpensive can of brake cleaner and spray the rotors, pads and calipers on both sides very well. If the squeaking continues it's probable that you need new brake pads.

Brake line diagram

Brake Lines and Hoses
Double-walled steel line is used in the hydraulic lines between the brake master cylinder and the front tube connector, and between the brake master cylinder and the flexible brake hose at the rear wheels.
Double-flared brake lines provide good leak-proof connections.
When replacing hydraulic brake lines, hoses, or connectors, tighten all connections securely. After replacement, bleed the brake system; refer to Section 206-00 .
The wet appearance of the outer cover of the rubber brake hose is referred to as "sweating." This is a normal condition for neoprene rayon braid hose and is not a sign of leakage or cause for replacement of the hose.

Brake for a 2006 pontic grandprix

Definitely get that vhicle up in a rack and check the pads plus look for a stone or some other hard substance stuck in a pad. Do not wait as you may severly damage parts which will cost a lot more to repair and you may lose your braking ability suddenly with no warning. This is not something to mess
