Here's a trick for when you suspect a blown fuse and don't know where it is:
Open your fuse box and look closely at the tops of all the little blade type fuses. On each side of each fuse, there's a little piece of metal sticking up through the plastic. Turn your key on and hook a test light up to the negative battery terminal. Now touch each fuse on both little pieces of metal sticking up through the plastic with the probe side of the test light. It should light up on both. Sometimes you have to fiddle with it a bit to make good contact. If it lights up on one side and not the other, that fuse is blown. If it doesn't light up on either side, that circuit isn't powered up. This usually is no big deal. Some circuits are only hot at certain times. The common ones will be live with the key in the on position. You don't have to know what it goes to - a blown fuse needs replaced. I hope this helps. BTW, if the guys at the dealer can't find the fuse, I'd find another dealer. It should be a crime to employ that many illiterate people in one place. You can tell them I said so.
