I need to see a picture of vacuum diagrams for the vacuum lines that are reach from the "radio cavity" the blue one is disconnected and I want to reconnect it. the vehicle is 1990 cadillac sedan...

I couldn't find a diagram of those vacuum connections. If only one line is disconnected then look for an open hose nipple on the AC control assembly and that should be where it goes. Those vac lines supply actuators which move diverters in the duct system that activate the different climate control system modes.

When i switch my heat or air from defrost to aut or vis versa the air only comes out defrost vents what wrong?

The vent doors in and under the dash are conrolled by vacuum lines. Checkthese plastic doors to see if they opperate smoothly and the vacuum hoses are hooked up right. See where the vac lines come from and make sure they r hooked up. Also make sure the vent direction switch is hooked up to the vac lines. Good luck

2003 cadillac deville air wont blow

It sounds to me like your vent switch cable is either bound up, broken, came loose, or the vent switch motor is not working if its electrical. If its vaccuum assist, you have a vaccuum leak in you heating and cooling vac lines.

Transfer case is making a grinding noise in 2wd, when i put it in 4wd noise stops

Depending on how long the grinding has been going on, the IWE ( integrated wheel ends ) might need to be replaced.

The problem that causes the symptoms is either cracked vac lines from the IWE solenoid, or a faulty IWE solenoid.

Check the vac lines to the IWE, this is the block diagram of the setup

Use a visual inspection and vac tester ( might vac with a gauge on it ) to test the lines.

Vacuum lines under dash that control ac and heating vents,

I assume you are referring to the white housing that joins the colored dash vac lines into the vac lines of the head unit. You can find a diagram, repair instructions, and explanations at Ramchargercentral.com...just do a thread search on "dash vac lines".
