Never done this, but generally, disconnect battery, and any other items which might restrict jacking engine up. Disconnect engine mounts and raise engine just enough to remove and replace the pan. However, why are you wishing to do this? Leaking pan may be be fixed without removal. Also, may just be easier to pull engine out, which would give a chance to fix all leaks or other issues at the same time.

If you brought your car to Honda for service, they probably forgot to reset the maintenance reminder. If you took it to another shop, they probably did not know how to reset it. Anyway, the reset procedure is:
Put your key in the ignition
Turn the key to the II position for a couple of seconds
Then turn the key to the off position
Now push and hold in the odometer reset button
While still holding the odometer reset button, turn the key back to the II position
Hold for I think 10 seconds or so and your maintenance reminder light should reset it self.

SOURCE: how to replace rear struts on 2003 honda accord
You will need to rent a spring compressor or borrow one from advance auto parts. The access ports are usually in the back of the car, some have plastic caps over them usually about 6 inches square and some you have to take the inside trim panel off in the car to gain access. Do not attempt to take the struts out without a spring compressor or you will get hurt as the springs are under a lot of pressure so when un bolted without the proper tool they can come apart and you will for sure need a stich or two.
