It could be that your crank sensor is bad or your ecm. your crank sensor sends a small amount of voltage to your computer telling it that you are trying to start your engine the computer in turn sends a signal to the injectors telling them to pulsate because you are trying to start the engine but if your crank sensor is bad and sends no voltage signal to your computer your computer doesn't know you are trying to start your engine therefore it doesn't send the signal to your injectors telling them to pulsate. If your crank sensor is sending a signal to your computer then your computer is not sending the signal to your injectors more likely a grounding issue through the computer I have seen this before let me know how it goes.

If it is 4X4 and you re not going far. Put the transfer case in neutral. If it is 2X4 standard transmission, put it in neutral. If it is an automatic transmission you need to remove the driveline.

SOURCE: Torque specs for mighty max
Per my Chilton's manual tehe bolts should be (cold engine) 65 to 72 FT. Pnds., the cam shaft bearing bolts should be 8x25 = 15 - 19 Ft pnds and the 8x65 should be 14 - 15 Ft Pnds.
The sequence is as follows for the (10 ) head bolts:
7 - 5 - 2 - 4 - 10
9 - 3 - 1 - 6 - 8
I hope this may help,
Tom
