2005 Tahoe rear windshield wiper inoperative in dash panel position 1or2

Rear Wiper/Washer System Components
The rear wiper/washer system consists of the following components:
• Rear wiper/washer switch
• Window wiper module-rear
• Window washer pump-rear
• RR WIPER 15A fuse
• RR WPRB 25A fuse
Rear Wiper/Washer System Operation
The rear wiper module controls rear wiper motor operation. Battery voltage supplied to the module is used to operate the wiper motor in all modes and to return the rear wiper arm to the park position after the ignition is turned off. Accessory voltage supplied to the rear wiper/washer switch is used to supply the rear window wiper and washer switch signal circuits. In wiper switch positions 1 and 2 the wiper switch signal circuit voltage level to the wiper motor module determines the wiper motor delay interval. The rear window washer pump supply voltage circuit is used to provide the operating voltage for the rear washer pump for as long as the rear washer switch is pressed. The rear window washer switch signal circuit is used as a wash signal to the rear wiper motor module to operate the wipers during the rear wash operation.

Did you replace the rear wiper module ?

My 2005 chevy cobalt front LEFT AND RIGHT blinker bulbs are ON but don't blink while the rear Left and Right blinkers blink fine... Also inside it blinks FAST...

The turn signals are controlled by the BCM
Turn Signal Lamps
The body control module (BCM) is responsible for controlling the turn signals and hazard lamps. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left turn or right turn position, the BCM receives a signal from the turn signal switch. The BCM then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, the BCM receives a signal from the hazard switch. The BCM then will send an on-off voltage signal to all the turn signal lamps. All the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.

I would suspect a problem with the BCM or maybe corrosion in the under hood fuse box . Wires from the BCM to the front turn signals go through the underhood fuse box.
Your best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop that has a diagnostic scan tool that can read BCM DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes
DTC B3948 Left Front Turn Signal Circuit
The body control module (BCM) controls the left front turn signal, hazard lamp, and daytime running lamp (DRL). The BCM supplies voltage to control the lighting functions. The BCM monitors the left turn signal lamp supply voltage circuit for proper operation.
DTC B3949 Right Front Turn Signal Circuit

2005 Suburban brake signal light issue

Sounds like a faulty turn signal switch. The brake light wire is routed through the turn switch, so it appears the turn switch has gone crazy.

Why wont my turn signals and wipers work?

The turn signals, wipers, and head lamps are controlled by multi function knobs on the steering column. Due to constant use their internal metal contacts can wear and corrode, preventing proper operation. You may be able to open the knobs and clean the contacts, if this doesn't work the unit must be replaced. Removal of the unit, which consists of the knobs on both sides of the column, requires removal of the steering wheel and should only be done by a trained professional.

NON-FUNCTIONING COOLING FANS BUT ALL FUSES INTACT; SUGGESTIONS? FLUID IS FULL, NO STEAM OR SHUDDER BUT TEMP GAUGE OVER RED

get your temperature censor(s) replaced. this will cause the fan to not come on if it is not functioning properly. usually the temp censor is somewhere that it can have coolant running on it so it can read the temperature on your car. your car will have one for the gauge and another one to turn the fan on and send signals to your ECM i suggest you replace both.
