On the one style, look for fuse F2-21. On the other style, look for fuses 6, 21 & 39

sounds likke u got grounding problem with ur wiring. if ur fuse pops wen u install a new fuse. this means ur grounding wire is cut or touching with metal. if doesnt pop,then it is ur power wire that is cut or touching the metal (grounding out)

This is if the cluster lighting still works, but the display is blank. Don't know if you mean the gauges in the cluster do not work.
Passenger compartment fuse panel / power distribution box
The fuse panel is located under the right-hand side of the instrument
panel. Remove the trim panel and fuse box cover to access the fuses.
To remove the fuse box cover, place
a finger behind the PULL tab and
your thumb above the PULL tab as
shown in the illustration, then pull
the cover off.
To reinstall the fuse box cover, place the top part of the cover on the
fuse panel, then push the bottom part of the cover until you hear it click
shut. Gently pull on the cover to make sure it is seated properly
