When I turn on headlights in my 2011 Toyota Camry my dash lights and stereo lights turn off. Just started happening.

Have you adjusted the dimmer switch?

No clicking sounds that means when your contacts touch to ignite your starter it is not working your starter is broken

if you have less than 36,000 miles, you are still covered under factory warranty. The battery should have been covered also. Why did you change the battery? It should be good for at least 4-5 years.

You have a wire crossed.....Use a little light tester to trace the power wires u used. Hope this helps u out.

Have you looked under the hood? There are more fuses under the hood. Is your dimmer turned down on your dash lights?

did you try and jump start your car?? if so you might have done it wrong and blown a fuse.. under hood fuse box most likely one of the bigger looking fuses look at them and check with test light
