My daugther is driving a 1989 Nissan Maxima and I took it to get it washed the other day and noticed a very wierd situation on the front passanger side tire when beginning to move forward. It feels like I went over a small pot hold. THis happend each time I began moving so I went home and pulled the wheel. I checked all the suspension connection to see if I could find something loose but all connections seem tight. The car drive fine at all speeds. No bumps or pulling. This only happens when you first start moving and like I said it feels as if I went through a small pot hold. Any ideas I can point someone torwards?

take your to a suspension shop sound like you have either a ball joint worn and hitting on metal or one of your suspension arm is bad

It's probably not that the wheels are moving at a different speed. It sounds like a simple alignment issue to me. Installing a bearing could have thrown it off. You should just have a simple alignment job done.

Did they "turn" your rotors? They may have "improperly" turned your front rotors. This is common and they should correct this where you had the work done.
