Could be a bad sensor

Could also be a mechanical issue

Timing Chain or Belt problem

DO NOT throw parts at it

How do you like that code reader?

I'm thinking about an Innova 31603

I have professional scan tool software,
but takes time to set up, to just get a quick
code check & look at I/M Monitors

Testimonial: "i got a senser for it but there is no camshaft senser on my motor wires are there for it but not even a place for the senser to be mounted to i like the code reader a lot helps in so many different cars and trucks"

Where is the camshaft sensor located on 2002 800cc Daewoo Matiz?

When you go to parts store to buy the part, they have component location charts that may help you. You know it will be near the camshaft, and often at the front. You might want to just buy a cheap shop manual for full instructions for this and so much more.
