Unlikely unless it is not tensioned enough and the alternator charge rate is not sufficient to run the electronic properly. More likely something to do with what has been recorded in the fault codes so check them out .

I have a 95 Cadillac deville 4.9 just replaced water pump, serpentine belt, thermostat, battery, and radiator. Now when driving the car at night it will just cut off. It did this last night multiple times...

If it quits and starts back up, its going to be tough to diagnose.
It needs to happen on demand to track down the problem, otherwise you may never find it and know its fixed.
Could be the key switch, a relay, an ignition component, or something else electrical.

After serpentine belt was replace the car wont start what could be the problem 2005 chrysler pacifica

Only thing that would cause your vehicle to not start after replacing a serpentine belt, is maybe a wire was knocked off during installation. Your car will run, even without the serpentine belt on it (don't do it, it will cause it to overheat very fast and may cause damage). So just check around, odds are its something simple

1996 Cherokee serpentine belt no moving.

Sounds like you have something locked up.

Take a picture/draw a diagram of serpetine belt routing.

Remove the belt, then try turning each individual item the belt powers to see which one is locked up.

I'd start with the AC Compressor first, then alternator, the belt tensioner, power steering pump, and whatever else is powered by the belt.

Had the serpentine belt replaced along with the alternator and now my car sputters.

The only thing that comes to mind is the belt may be set to tight.
