The fuel pump works intermittently
I would not think a fuse would be the problem. A fuse either blows or it is good. The relay might be at fault, but I would think it is the pump going bad.

you know the relay works, you checked it, make sure you have power going to the relay and power at the pump

you will have to lower fuel tank
fuel pump is on top of tank
disconnect all rubber hoses and electrical
unbolt straps
dispose of fuel carfully
be careful of fuel vapor, work in a ventilated area
