SOURCE: what is the location for the ABS sensor for the

Just wanted to get you this GMC update for your vehicle before you replace that sensor ,, and unless you have the special tool , you can't do it either,, It requires that tool and they have made it so it needs to be done by them, which at that time they will set the system up again,, ,,,A poor electrical ground under the battery tray may cause the ABS warning light to illuminate. cleaning and properly securing this ground and also the main ABS ground on the frame rail below the drivers door may be necessary.

2004 Suzuki forenza speed sensor

Vehicle speed sensor is usually to be found on the differential housing of a front wheel drive car and the gearbox tailshaft housing of a rear drive car.

I would be surprised if the VSS is faulty. It does sound more like a calibration problem with the clock or computer. I suggest you do some further research...

Code p0500 ?

There is a common problem with the rear speed sensor wiring on these. The rear speed sensor is located on the top of the rear differential. Thoroughly check the wiring harness for rubbed or broken wires.

Breaks on Saab 2001

Did you replace the front and rear or just the front? Rear brakes can make the pulsation as well. Also if your ABS system is activating that could be described as a "pulsation". The ABS problem is usually caused by a bad wheel speed sensor or ABS module failure. ABS modules can be rebuilt (see ebay BBA-Reman) Wheel speed sensors are available at most auto parts stores. Some Saabs require the replacement of the whole hub assembly.

I have a 2008 GMC Yukon XL Denali. I hit a small snow drift yesterday and now my speedometer stopped working, my RPMS are bouncing, oil pressure is bouncing, temp is bouncing and vehicle wont shift out of...

Vehicle speed sensor, wheel speed sensor, your VSS operates you MPH and tells the trans how fast you are going and when to shift, it is telling the trans that your not moving so why would it shift? Next your ABS wheel speed sensor tell the car what wheel is moving at what speed to activate traction control and abs systems both are very sensitive and easy to break

Speed Sensor (ABS Sensor) on my 02 Camaro (Passenger side rear) is shaved down. ABS thumps while driving and making right turns.

Most likely you have a defective ABS sensor which is part off the front bearing assembly. you will need have or if you have a code reader capable of reading abs codes find the wheel that is causing the code. Then source the part and if you have the ability to replace it replace it. The code/ light should go out when the abs signal is getting correct information.
