You have some which are in the fuse box in the engine compartment with a fuse as well also some under the dash at the drivers side foot and i have seen some which are directly beside the heater box where the fan motor is located under the glove box passenger side but if the motor stopped working i would take a test light if you can use one and try the power and ground connections at the motor itself i see lots of motors burn out so it might not be a fuse or relay

Check 7.5 fuse (#8) inside the car by your left foot and check the 30 amp fuse in the engine compartment (according to your diagram on the inside of your fuse box lid).
You can replace the fan motor pretty easy but you'll want to unplug it and test it first by running an automotive battery to the plugs of the fan with 2 jumper wires. The fan is above the right foot of the passenger area. There are three 8mm screws to remove then it drops out. Careful with the wiring.
If your fan is still good, you'll have to consider removing your knob and switch assembly to see if something is unplugged in there. Good luck.

If the fuse is good, check to see if there is voltage to the blower motor,if there is,replace the blower motor.Sometimes, not always,if you bump the blower motor,it will start working,if this happens, then the blower motor is bad,if it does not,the fan switch could be bad,but the relay is usally near the blower motor.Testing it with a test light is the best way to test it,ground one end of the test light, the other end has a point on it.Use the piont of the test light to touch all the legs on the relay, with the key on,and the fan on high. The test light will light up,on almost all the legs, but it will also activate the relay when you touch the right leg of the relay, the relay needs to stay plugged up as you do this.If you can not access the legs of the relay, because of a skirt on the relay, push the point of the relay into the wire that you are testing,or into the plug, near the leg of the relay. The legs I am refuring to,are the prongs on the relay. If the relay clicks and turns the fan on,when you touch the right one, then the fan,and the relay are good,it will be the blower fan switch. Now if you already have high, blower fan,and the lower speeds are the problem, replace the blower resister,It is mounted right next to the blower motor, and has about 7 wires plugged into it.

the blower motor is located behind and under the glove box. its held to the blower housing by three screws. remove the three screws and the motor will slide down and towards you. to test the motor. apply power to the yelllow/black wire and ground to the blue/red wire. the motor should run. if not you prob have a faulty power resistor.

most likely is has leaves or other debris in the fan. take it down and clean it3/4 screws and its out. just above passengers feet. you also need to replace the cabin filter. the glove box will need to come down/out to replace the filter.
