Two Female Torx (E-30 i think) located front and rear of the seat slider (move the seat all the way back and then all the forward to expose them. WARNING ***DO NOT HAVE THE IGNITION ON WHEN DISCONNECTING THE ELECTRIC FROM THE SEAT AND SEAT BELT BUCKLE. It would cause the Airbag to be set off.
if latch does not work ,you will have to get in from back seat,if it does not fold down look at floor level front of rear seat for a release for seat,if you see nothing try pushing back on bottom front of seat and lifting up.Back of seat should have fasteners on each side,remove and lift up on seat back,should have some accessto get to pull emergency release in trunk
look under seat and u will ee the rails on each side of seat rock seat back and forth to locate wich bolt is loose or broken or if the rail itself is broken if rail broken remove the seat and order or go to a junkyard for the rail
on the seat rail on either side of the seat on the floor itself there are 4 bolts,2 bolts on each of the front rails(1each) and 2 on the back of the seat rails.remove these bolts and disconnect all connectors for the power seat and remove the seat assembly.
On the 90s S models there were two screws holding the rails in front and two in back. remove those bolts, disconnect the battery and then the seat belt light wiring plug and the thing should come right out.
