Why won't car stay running on a 2004 nissan sentra?

Starts then kills, can hear fuel pump noise before ignition, so that can't be it. fuses look good, no in line gas filter per auto parts store and Nissan dealership. Anyone have any idea???

SOURCE: 1987 Nissan Sentra diagram for fuel line routing

There are many online wiring diagram solutions, but the cheapest way to find your diagram is to purchase a haynes or chilton manual from the local auto parts store. Both have excellent wiring, fuel lines, brakelines, etc diagrams. I prefer the Haynes manual myself.

SOURCE: fuel like issue; nissan sunny (sentra) b14

First from the fuel tank in side the fuel tank there is filter remove the screws on the top where the fuel gauge fitted when you remove gauge you can see fillter that is one sometimes blocked.

Next if you check fuel filter it is ok, but nissan sunny has fuel filter inside the caburator where fitted fuel pipe from the fillter clean that filler.

ather thiing is check your connections any leak or loose.

Where is the killswitch on my 2016 nissan sentra

Doesn't have a kill switch . What's the problem your having , no start ,engine cranks but won't start an run ? You thing fuel pump cut off , no fuel pressure ? Try spraying carb cleaner into the engine through the throttle plate an see if it starts an runs then . If it does then you know for sure you have a fuel delivery problem an not an ignition problem .

2004 Nissan Sentra SE-R Cranks but won't start!

It could be the fuel system.
It could either flooding or starving for fuel.
If injectors are fouled badly it will wet the plugs and not fire.
If plugs are pitted that makes it easier to flood. (check plug tip condition, check all plug wires and boots are good)

If it is starving -- fuel pump weak (going to fail).
Need to test fuel pump pressure.

2004 nissan sentra won't start, battery ok, just keeps turning over

Check for spark on any spark plug wire. If you have a strong blue spark, the ignition system is probably good, so then check for gas-is the fuel pump turning on for 2 seconds with key on, not start? It should and that will put gas up to the engine. If you don't hear the pump turn on briefly to pressurize the line and fuel rail (where the injectors are), you will need to troubleshoot the fuel pump circuit. Check the fuel pump fuse-probably under the hood in a fuse/relay block.

2003 nissan sentra se-r spec v heard a pop now wont stay started

Sounds like a fuel supply problem. The fact that it does momentarily start, indicates its not an electrical issue. However, no steady fuel supply to the injectors and it won't run for more than a second or tow. Your problem is in the fuel delivery system most likely. Either the pump, or (if the unit is located in the fuel tank) the fuel filter may have ruptured. That would sent all the fuel back to the fuel tank not to the injectors.

2002 saturn sl won't start, turn over but won't start

Done cars have a kill switch if they are low on oil. Check your oil. If the oil is good, it may be the ignition switch.

2000 Jeep Grand cherokee Laredo wont start. Engine turn over . No noise from fuel pump with ignition on. Replaced fuel pump and filter.Turn ignition on- pump did not run.Jumped the fuel pump at the pump...

sounds alot the the pcm it controls the fuel pump and ign system but the anti theft would keep it from starting because the key has a transponder in it programmed for that vehicle and that would kill all ign if triggered
