My abs light and brake light stays lit on dashboard, my door locks, domelights, and back hatch wont open without a key, my overhead wont work and my controls for air conditioning/heating wont work and the radio will play with the key is off....when it rains hard and i drive it the brake light in dash will go off and EVERYTHING will start working again til i shut the van off
Check for loose dirty battery terminals /dirty loose earth points. This is an indication of incomplete electrical circuit

The BCM (body control module) is the problem, have it replaced, this is a common issue on your van.

Sounds like you have pushed the brake peddle to the floor after you changed the pads. This can cause major probs in the master cylinder. The brake warning light should come on if this is the trouble. Frankster016

You may have already checked this but there is a switch located close to the overhead button that will disengage the door buttons for child safety, is that turned off?

They are not hard to replace. Just remember to PROP the lift gate open so it won't hit you.
