I'm afraid you are out of luck. The anti-theft is part of the instrument cluster and the body computer. Its almost impossible to bypass it.

SOURCE: anti theft system

The chip is in the key. Either the key has lost it's program or the transceiver is not recognising the key. Try another key if you have one.

BYPASS AN IGNITION SWITCH TO START A 2016 HYUANDAI ALANTRA

Cannot bypass ignition switch and start vehicle because of built in factory anti-theft circuit. Need to re-program ignition key - check with locksmith. Starter can be energized by jumping +12VDC directly to starter Ign terminal but no ignition spark will occur due to anti-theft system. Vehicle motor will turn over but engine will not start and stay running.

How can I bypass the anti-theft?

Completely impractical to bypass the anti-theft system in most cases.

Removing the engine ECU and having it decoded is the only alternative to using the correctly coded key in a functioning and correctly coded system.

My 96 grand Cherokee wont start.turns but does not start.i need to keep turning ignition on and off several times till i see the gas gauge finally turn on then i can start it.today it didnt start for

try with the antitheft bypass.
the problem seems to be the door switches which are not working giving fasle alarm to anti theft device. use contact cleaners on the door switch with the cabin light active on door open. you may then evaluate wether working or not. check all the doors one by one

Anti theft light on so the car wont start

The theft light indicates a break in communication between your key code, ignition, and theft deterrent module. This is normally caused by a broken or failing part. Finding out which part is failing is the where it gets tricky. You can spend almost a thousand bucks trying to change out parts while trying to figure this out. I've had great luck with just bypassing the entire antitheft system permanently. This link will help you understand the problem and find a "do it yourself" solution http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/

It says starting dis abled due to anti theft system

This is a common problem on GM cars and trucks. This is caused by a failure in the antitheft security system. What most people dont know is that aside from the key turning the ignition to start the car, there is a whole other part of that key that regulates the anti theft system. Im assuming your key has a small black PELLET in the shaft.

tayjoejoe_32.jpg
This pellet is actually a resister that reads a certain OHMS. The igntion has a part that reads this resistance. If the resistance is wrong (normally due to wear on the key) the car will go into antitheft mode and not start. The problem is that there are many aspects to this system other than just the key. If the ignition OHMS reader is not funtioning, your car will shut down. After the ignition reads the ohms, it sends that info to the TDM (Theft Deterrent Module) which then converts this signal to another signal that is sent to the starter and then allows the starter to start. I know it seems like alot, but thats how GM does it and "it is what it is". So if the TDM is bad, that is another reason the car wont start. The hard part is finding out which part is failing. You can spend alot of money switching out parts or taking it to the dealer. (TDM=$600-700) If this is not the route you want to take, there are ways to bypass the system permanentaly. This link should help you. There is also alot of info on this subject along with pictures to help you.

Replaced ignition module now it won't run at all

After changing the ignition module, you may have broken the communication between all the components in the anti theft security system. This is common on GM antitheft systems. Check out this link for how it works and solutions to security problems. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/
