How do I fix cable from throttle to throttle box on 1990 Riviera? Can I replace cable or get new box? Located above air cleaner?

I had a similar problem - took it into 'Nissan Professionals' and they changed everything you did as well, and had no luck. After 4 or 5 times working on it, they told me that it was a 'loose wire' that had to be re-soddered and then the problem was fixed. I don't know where the wire was, but they made it sound like it was in or around the fuse panel under the hood.
I hope this might shed some light on the problem.

That is blow-by from the engine. That means that the valve seals are going bad and a head job needs to be done.

Normally the TDM (Theft Deterrent Module) is located behind the glovebox and tucked in the frame just a little. Here is a link that may help you with this problem

It should take care of itself if the engine is running - can you tell if the electric pump in the engine compartment is running ?
