Here is your fuse box diagram, there are a few that cover seats, but as your issue is seat memory and mirrors, I think you have a Body Control Module communication issue, so you need a good auto-electrician, with a pro grade scan tool computer.
if your removing the seat there are 4 bolts that secure the seat rails to the floor of the car these are what the seat moves back and forth on, that need to be removed then find the electrical connector and unhook then remove the seat.
THIS IS REAL SIMPLE I HAVE DONE THE SAME THING TO INSTALL THE IPOD INTERFACE MANY TIMES.. STEP 1 MOVE BOTH FRONT SEATS ALL THE WAY UP TO ALLOW U TO HAVE SPACE STEP 2 LOOK UNDER THE SEATS AT THE BASE AND U WILL SEE 2 BUTTON STYLE CLIPPS 1 ON EACH SIDE OF THE SEAT, PLACE YOUR FINGERS ON THE SIDE OF THE BUTTON AND PULL IT TOWARDS YOU,AND AT THE SAME TIME LIFT THE SEAT.. REPEAT THAT STEP FOR BOTH SIDES AND THE SEAT FLIPS RIGHT OUT
its really easey to remove the dvd unit under the pasenger seat. just put the seat all the way forward and pull the plastic guard from the seat track (pull straight back) then unplug the harness connectors in the back of the unit.
Then put the seat all the way back and remove the 1o mm nuts on the side brackets of the unit and pull it forward.
I'm not certain of the layout of the bolts on your particular model, but there should be 4 bolts, one at each end of the seat tracks (the things the seat slides back and forth on), attaching the tracks to the floor. You may need to slide the seat back to access the front bolts, and forward again to get the back ones. Tilt the seat back right forward to allow you to get the seat out the door. If the seat has electric controls there will be some plugs to disconnect under it. If there are any yellow coloured plugs, DO NOT disconnect them without disconnecting the negative terminal off the battery and waiting for 5 minutes. The yellow plug is an airbag system plug, and if the battery is not disconnected the airbags could potentially deploy. Make sure the battery remains disconnected for the entire time that the yellow plug is disconnected, and reconnect the battery AFTER the yellow plug. If there isn't a yellow plug, don't worry.
ok the best advice is check all the belts are tight
see if the seat moves at akk should not move one bit
make sure the seat is sitting straight on the normal seat
and if still worried u can go into the local fire brigade station and they will check it for free
remember if ur not sure take every option cause kids are precious and saftey first
