there should be like a clip/button to squez on and it should release it from the connector and to remove it from the head assy. turn it counterclock wise to remove it hope this helps
Swap the left head light for the right headlight,if it still does not light up,on the side that you are having problems with,then the ballast is bad,That is,if it is a new bulb.
pop the hood there is a screw at the end of each light toward the car remove those and slide the white slot thing up and pull the head lights forward every thing comes out just turn bulbs to remove and replace
The switch to the head light is shorting out and taking out the head lights. The other problem could be the body control module is shorting out .
I would replace the head light switch first. Then if that does not work take to a shop to diagnose the vehicle.
these headlight assembleys are held in with retainer slides at the top of the light assembley, simpley push rearward and pull up thay should slide straight up. thare are 2 per headlamp.
