Wheel noise sounds like brakes but brakes work fine, no lights on, Noise picks up and slows down with speed, if I apply parking brake it changes but when I apply regular brakes no change in sound

POSSIBLY SWITCH THAT RECOGNIZED PARK BRAKE ON OR POSSIBLY BAD MOTOR. YOU CAN GET A TEST LIGHT AND PROBE THE CONNECTOR FOR POWER AND HAVE SOMEONE ACTIVATE MOTOR TO SEE IF ITS A PWR PROB OR MOTOR THATS BAD. MAYBE PLAY AROUND WITH PARK BRAKE,MAYBE SWITCH JAMMED OF STUCK AND NEEDS JARRING TO ACTUATE.
