You likely had rear brakes done recently and cheap drums were installed. Go to napa and get a new one. Just remove your rear tire, grab your drum and pull it off (you may need to bang on it to loosen the rust) then pull it off. Slide the new one on, put the tire on and tighten the lug nuts.

Struts noise?

I would tend to believe it's more likely a worn sway bar bushing or link if it's a rattle or a small clunk, if it's a loud clunk probably a strut, try bouncing he back of the car when parked, if you get the clunk probably a strut if only when driving, turning, braking probably just a bushing on the sway bar

Did you check your spare tire? Sometimes either it was not tightened down properly or the jack or handle works loose. Since you can't tell where the clunking sound is coming from, you need to start with the basics to zero in on the problem. You might to want to take everything out of your trunk and see if the problem goes away.

Possible broken belt in one of your tires. Move the 2 front tires to the rear, see if the problem follows the tires. Or run your hand around the circumference of the tires to feel for a bulge. Other, more expensive problems could be in the suspension. A-arm bushings, or wheel bearings.

its a wheel bearing. .will need to be inspected to determine the correct one. Also tires could also do this if the steel seperated internally. Rotate the suspected tire to see if it follows the tire.
