SOURCE: 1997 Avalon radio theft problem

Some dealers put the radio's antitheft code in the owners manual. If it's not there call your local dealer and they can reset the code for a fee.

SOURCE: 1999 toyota avalon horn works intermitely

I would suggest to you to have the spiral cable (or 'clockspring') replaced. This is the electrical unit that transfers power to the air bag, the horn and the cruise control.

It is located right under the seering wheel.

Your description of the issue indicates to me that your spiral cable is loose, and making intermittant contact. If the vehicle had an air-bag deployment, this cable-device should have been changed.

SOURCE: how to reset the check engine light on a 1999 toyota avalon xls

You need to have a code reader/scan tool hooked up to retrieve the code/s that triggered the engine light. You can have this done at most auto parts stores for free. Try Auto zone, Checkers, Napa, or Murray's. The engine light will eventually go out if the computer does not receive any codes after many cycles turning the ignition on and off. It will not go out if there are codes still present. After you've retrieve the code/s bring them back here and we will have a better understanding of what caused them.

Does anyone know how to rewire a 98 Toyota Avalon cause no one wants to help me bypass the security and I been without a vehicle going on a month

Probably because no one thinks it can be done. I don't think it can be done. You have to convince the engine computer it is getting the right signal from the anti-theft module before it will allow the car to start. The GM system runs off resistor chips in the key. You can "trick" the system to recognize any key if you wire in a "resistor pack" with the correct sized resistance matching the old correct key's resistance reading. See, you just wire in between the key lock cylinder, will be a wire going to the anti theft module (which then signals the computer all is okay to start the engine) -on a GM vehicle you wire in a resistor pack in the wire to the antitheft module. There are approximately 15-20 different resistance readings in those key chips. Maybe Toyota uses a similar- google it!
