My 2001 Chevy Blazer is having issues. I have replaced: Fuel Pressure Regulator, Fuel Pump, Vacuum Hoes, Fuel Filter, Spark Plugs. Still sputtering between 40-60MPH once I have been driving the car for at least 30mins so once it gets hot. The car does not over heat or anything.
Maybe it's your fuel tank that has contaminants -use a pressure hose and blow back the fuel into the tank, remove the fuel tank and flush out - could be rust as well. Hope this helps...

probably not fuel filter . probably going to have to remove the upper intake and replace the fuel injector spider(fuel inj assebly) if it is droping fuel pressure it is leaking into the upper manifold
I had an issue like this once. Had the same symptoms as you are and replaced the same things you have replaced. It ended up being a $12 distributor cap that fixed it all up. Take the distributor cap off and see if you can smoky white spots/patches up near the contacts. Basically the spark is jumping around in there causing you to not get enough spark to the cylinder that needs to fire. Here's to hoping that is your problem as well.
