. You can find the original manufacturer's horns for the Honda CR-V by raising the hood and looking at the front. There should be one horn on each side of the license plate behind the bumper.
Sounds like the horn relay is bad, the fuse for the horn is located on the driver side look under the left of the steering wheel you will see a little compartment pull it out and you will see the fuses.
The fuse should be located in your Fuse Center, check the Owner's Manual for the exact location and use only the same fuse amperage that was originally in there.
You have to remove the right front inner fender plastic liner to access the horns. To get to the bolt that holds them you have to remove the battery and tray.
