DVD makes noise does not work

sorry but look at fuses first. your vehicle could have 2 fuse boxes, one under hood and one under dash. sorry i do not know off hand. but start with fuses

There Should be a TINY Hole in the Front of the Player that you Can use a Large Paper Clip to Poke Into the Hole and MANUALY Remove the DVD

threr is an updated rear drum for sienna's rear brake noise.you need to check to see if yours has them already. they are a much thicker and stonger drum. cannot tell you about the player. did not have any dealings with that issues.

There is nothing you can do with this problem unless you are able to repair DVD players, the loading mechanism of any DVD player is very complicated, chances are a small part has broken. Call the dealer and ask for the phone # of the repair center they use, call them for an estimate, don't go through the dealer, they will double the repair bill from the radio shop.
