There is a nut under the hand brake boot tighten it clockwise until the hand brake lever just starts to engage the rear brakes after 3-4 clicks of the ratchet.

Disconnect the handbrake cable and try to move the cable inner by hand. If stiff, then replace.

if the engine is quit replace the pressure switch

what country are you importing this vehicle ,because if its into america from europe then bewarned that a europeon market vehicle uses different software and its encrypted so a europeon vehicle will not pass the american emmisions test because the tester cannot read the OBDII .engine number is situated on the right hand side of the engine at the back of the cylinder block just above the bell housing ,well thats what it shows in the book

o2 sensor bad or ,dirty or clogged injectors hope this helps

if the car was fine before you replaced the timming belt then it sounds like its still 1 tooth out either 1 forward or 1 back.
