The way to remove pulleys from most alternators would be to use a gear/pully puller these gear pullers use a ratchet to push the pulley off of the shaft

I believe the pulley below that is for you A/C compressor, which also has a clutch on it that will only turn when the ac is turned on, but the inside pulley should always spin. If the ac clutch doesn't turn on with the ac turned on then you may need to get it spaced. any more questions just email me on this site.
