If the starter is not turning at all, check the starter solenoid and the ignition relay.

The switch is on the gearbox, But not sure of the exact location for your model. But guess there are not many other wired items on the gearbox.

SOURCE: Rear lights do not work, bulbs ok, fuse ok

You  probably have a frayed wire touching something metal (short to ground) check your wiring, check your grounds.

SOURCE: Instrument panel went dead

Checked Every fuse in the fuse box (no small task). This includes #4 - Power point Instrument Panel, #14 - Day time running lamps (auto lamps doesn't work nor does auto lock), #27 - ignition switch run feed, #35 - Instrument Cluster, #41 - Instrument Cluster, #42 - Delayed Accessory, #45 - Ignition switch run/start feed, #102 - Door locks body security module, #103 - Ignition switch, #110 - Ignition switch, & #116 - Ignition switch. But I also check all other ones as well, they all register OK. AC panel & radio work. Turn signals work. Mileage does not work, trip computer does. So, basically, everything works except auto head-lights, auto locks, and the dash cluster (no MPH, RPM, mileage display, Fuel, Temp, Tran Temp, and Oil Pressure).

I have a2005 2.0L ford focus car was running fine then it just went dead check the starter, battery, alternator all ok car still won't crank up ?

We can only suggest things-- IF you provide:

What was tested
How was it tested
What were the test results

To say you checked something, means nothing
to an experienced person

Did you check for OBD 2 Codes?

Is it a --- NO Crank or a NO Start--- Condition?

What you can do, is have a repair shop do the required
testing to find a problem--you knew that

Battery light on, got new alt., starter tries to engage, but doesnt

Did you have the charging system diagnosed or did you just guess at it being the alternator . The charging system is computer controlled . The starter isn't working because low power , battery dead . Is there B+ voltage at the wire on the back of the alternator .B+ voltage at pin 3 at the connector pluged into the alternator .
Charge the battery use a volt meter an test for B+ voltage at the places i mention . No check engine light ? DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored .
