FYI, in the future, ALWAYS state the engine for your vehicle, as there are two different model 2.0 liter engines for this year/model car. For both engines, the thermostat is located under the thermostat housing [aluminum casting]. Locate the upper radiator hose [top of radiator]. Follow the hose back to the engine. The rear of the upper radiator hose attaches to the thermostat housing. You must partially drain the radiator, remove the air cleaner outlet tube for access. There are 2 coolant sending units which mount into the thermostat housing. You must disconnect the electrical connectors for both from the sensors. Next, disconnect the upper radiator hose from the thermostat housing. Remove the bolts holding the thermostat housing to the engine. The thermostat housing, complete with the thermostat, can now be removed. Be sure to install a new gasket or O-ring when replacing the thermostat. Unless the coolant is new, I would also suggest completely draining the radiator & flushing the engine block of old coolant using a garden hose.

Assume you are asking about the thermostat. You can find it by tracing the radiator hose to where it connects on the intake manifold. The piece it connects to is the thermostat housing. The thermostat lives inside that housing.

Your thermostat has failed and is stuck in the closed position, thereby not letting the coolant circulate through the radiator.
