Electric motor power steering , rubbish , you may be lucky and get the OBD codes read and cleared and may reset the motor or could be a faulty relay but be prepared for a hefty bill for a new motor

SOURCE: eps light comes on all the time and power steering doesn't work

Hello
The engine and automatic transmission in this vehicles drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL A TRAINED TECHNICAIN HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM TO AVOID SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PARTS THAT MAY NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM

I have a 2000 chevy malibu drove it for a few days then the other day went to start it turned the key no dash lights like the battery or any of the others that usually come on the mileage dont come on...

Did you check all the fuses under the hood? That's where the ignition fuses would be. The same "run" wire to the ignition coils, when the key is in on or run, or the same set of run wires out of the ignition switch both to the dash warning lights and gauges, and to the ignition system on the engine, well they're all the same power source, and more so the computer gets power from the ignition switch being on as exhibited by the check engine light turning on when key is turned to on.
It sounds like the ignition switch is either not getting full power in, or it's not sending power out as it should.
Check your other battery power-do you have headlights? That would be entirely separate from the ignition switch, but it verifies that battery power is getting to the fuse and relay block under the hood. Is the cranking speed normal? not too slow?

Wont start sometimes

NO. Fuel pump relay controls the fuel delivery. You should NOT be hearing ANY clicking sounds when starting. If you have a manual tranny, you have a starting system that includes: a starter relay, a clutch safety switch, ignition switch, starter, battery.

On my \'91 Integra, I by-passed the normal starting system by running 2 separate 12-guage wires to the dash (thru the firewall, mounted along the firewall over across to the starter and to the under-hood fuse panel). I connected 1 wire to the under hood fuse panel (for power), and the other wire directly to the starter relay. Then, at the dash I connected both wires to a high-quality "momentary-on/off" toggle switch - this is my starter switch. I turn the ignition key to when the dash lights come on, then flick the switch, and BINGO the car always starts right up.

BUT, this is somewhat unsafe because it doesn\'t use the clutch safety switch - which is nothing more than a spring-loaded switch on the arm of the clutch pedal connected to the ground. IF you are using the standard starting system, you MUST engage the clutch for the starting system to make contact with the ground in order to engage the starter. So, check this switch first for a good connection to ground. It usually fails first before anything else. If it checks out, THEN check the starter relay, located waaaaaaay up underneath the dash, right in the middle. To get at the starter relay, you\'ll have to remove the glove box, and plastic & metal kick panels on the passenger side. The relay is located way up underneath the dash, next to the Blower housing. You\'ll need a long socket extension to reach it. Someone at Acura/Honda decided this was the best place for it. Boy would I like to whack him with a 2x4.

See this diagram for reference - the starter relay is #15.

2003 gmc savanna, wont start, new fuel pump and ignition cylinder, I turned key to on position, let sit for 15 min and still wont start just turns over

Find fuel test valve in fuel rail on top of engine. Take cap off valve. Turn key on. Push down valve with screw driver. fuel should squirt out. If not check fuse fuel pressure relay and bad wires. If fuel does come out, remove a spark plug from engine. Connect plug wire to plug. Ground plug against engine. Crank over engine and look for spark.

The eps light comes on in my dashboard and the steering is very stiff to turn, am told that i need a computer for the electronic power steering could u help me to source it, have searhed the net and cannot...

First you have to check power steering fluid level, and if it's ok then you have to check power steering pump. If you have a EPS light on your dash, then you have to plug a ODBII diagnostic tool to read code and then interpret what the problem is.

There's a relay that's under the dash. keep turning the key until you find what's clicking then replace that relay, the car should start.
