Have you tried the child locks on the doors?

I cant say but ther are mobile techs that specialize in windows--if u like mechanics library has chilton books

i would look at the wiring in the door shut on drivers side as wires tend to break in the rubber sleeve, if this is the case carry out repair and should solve your problem

I believe that the vehicle antitheft is tied into the drivers door lock. Maybe try disconnecting the battery for 2 minutes.

Sounds familiar - I pulled the rubber boot back and found the black wire was broken. I stripped the wires and put on a couple bullet connectors (terminators) and all is good. Just wish I would have seen this post before I took the door panel off... Oh well...
