Where and which switch triggers the high speed cooling fan relay?
SOURCE: 1995 Buick LeSabre heater fan
I have the same issue on my 1995, except the fan shuts off when the ignition is off. And the climate control panel lights up, but the digital readout doesn't work. Nor does the rear defrost or any other buttons on the panel. Any ideas for this addition?
SOURCE: what is a cooling fan s/p (relay)?
They are all in the fuse box under the hood the relays dont work in a way where one controls one fan and one controls another fan they run the fans in series for low speed and paralel for high speed. They are numbered 37,39,40 you would have to replace them all to see if that takes care of your problem
SOURCE: cannot find cooling fan relay
check the owers manual for location usualy in the main electrical box under the hood. they are just a pull out plug with 4 prongs some times 5 pull straight back youll b fine
SOURCE: can you switch your horn relay switch with you
If it looks the same, it is. Go ahead and switch them, but try the horn after you do it. If the horn still works, the relay is not your problem.
SOURCE: is there a cooling fan switch on a 96 buick century if so where is it located
The engine temp sensor sends a signal to the computer and the computer grounds the fan relay when it is needed.
I'm showing 6 relays on the firewall under the windshield.
The two on the right side are high and low radiator fan relays.
