Code 36 where the adjustment to fix

Code 36- Distributor ignition system. Faulty high resolution (360X) pulse or multiple low resolution pulses detected. Check pigtail connector from distributor to main harness for any opens or shorts. Verify wiring is okay before replacing distributor.

oxy 1/2 heater relay problem.
then page 19 explains the tests.
1/2 means the down stream 02
and the PCM tests the relay.
and fails.
so a fuse is blown or the relay is bad. is my guess.
fuse 10 or 17?
on car i dont guess, test the relay in place.
the Fsm does not tell you , how this is checked.
does the PCM monitor the coil pin, or the output pin of the relay.
wiring page 135 (pdf page) shows the wiring
my guess is the PCM watches the relay coil, and if not 12vdc
disabled. the coil is open or fuse blow, or as is true ,endlessly
wires bad, or bad connectors.

Code 36 for most Cadillac models means the egr sensor is not giving the correct signal. The sensor is telling the computer the egr valve is open or closed when it should not be.
The valve and the sensor would need to be tested.

could code 36 mean egr valve? i have had several cars that started to idle poorly and it was the egr valve sticking

Code 36 = ATC Head Command Failure (Chrysler's technical term: EEPROM Checksum Error).

Basically, this code indicates the Auto Temp Control (ATC) has malfunctioned.

If this is a stored code (i.e. not active) and your ATC appears to be working ok, then you can disregard this code. However, if this code is active (i.e your ATC is not communicating with your A/C system), then there is no simple fix you can do yourself.

Although some mechanics would suggest replacing the actual A/C Heater Control, I understand your Chrysler service agent may have a way to re-flash your system to correct this code. I recommend you contact your local service agent and discuss a possible reset of your system.

33 and 36 refer to the maf sensor. the maf sensor power and burn-off relays are probably bad.-they are on the firewall by the brake booster.

DTC 36 Injection pump error > response too long...
Usually the code is thrown when the fuel armature takes to long to cycle in the injection pump. The computer commands the fuel solenoid to fire the injector and basically what happens the armature is just to slow. Several causes. First is wear. The plunger or armature as it is called, wears out and drags as it is moving. The computer notices this and when it falls out of spec it throws a code.
Bio fuel that is to thick can throw this code. Air in the system can throw this code. Some vehicles came with a short "electronic filter" on top of the injection pump wiring harness. The "filter" can cause the code and can be removed. Sometimes over dosing the fuel with additives can free the plunger up a bit. The code does not really mean the truck is going to run bad. In fact most run just fine with this code..
The fix > add plenty of additives and see if it goes away. If the problem persists the injection pump will need to be replaced.

Code#53: throttle position sensor high voltage. #85: canister purge failure. 36: (CSI) flow low or low revolutions per minute increase.

I strongly suspect you have a bad connection or corroded connection at one of your connectors.
