You can also have a mechanic shave the rotors to "true" them so the high spot is taken out of the brake rotor. That way you wouldnt have to replace the entire rotor. You'll want to use a reputable garage for brake repair. I've found that a lot of garages will unnecessarily really put their hands in your wallet when it comes to brake repair.
The disc brake rotors are warped, need replacing.
