SOURCE: 2002 Hyundai Accent Problem

first thing i need to know is did the timing belt break?
second is are you sure you aligned the timing marks and after the belt tensioner was tight you rechecked to make sure the timing stayed where you had it.
next step would be a compression check to if a valve was bent whenchanging the belt
i have seen this happen and this engine is an interferance engine.

SOURCE: 2001 Hyundai Accent - Automatic Trasmission fluid

It is a proprietary Hyundai transmission fluid. Don't use anything other than the Hyundai stuff. This fluid has superb lubrication properties, but it breaks down much quicker than the specified 30,000 mile fluid change intervals. I highly recommend having both the fluid and filter changed once a year or once every 15,000 to 20,000 miles.

SOURCE: 2002 hyundai accent fueltank probem

hi from uk providing you are pushing gas pump nozzle fully in so as to open flap unside tank filler pipe ? then your problem may be that to enable fuel to enter tank it also has to displace/vent the air from tank too so if you check under the wheel arch below tank filler you will see the filler pipe to tank? and alongside held with clips is another tube/pipe which is the vent pipe from tank make sure it is not kinked or more than likely blocked/obstructed with dirt/mud at its open end of tube this being positioned under arch does collect mud/grime from wheels spray resulting in blockage/restriction hence problem venting tank when refuelling hope this helps?

SOURCE: can you adjust the clutch on a 2002 hyundai accent

The clutch in this car is a hydraulic design and is self adjusting. If you have a hard pedal with high pedal engagement or a slipping condition you are going to need a new clutch installed.

Reverse slipping

Sounds like the brake band (for reverse) is slipping (not holding). You'll need someone with test gear and the requisite tools to adjust the band - assuming it's got adjustment left. Otherwise you'll need a box overhaul or a new box!

Cost of a new overdrive

You basically have to have the transmission rebuilt. The overdrive band is a low wearing band BUT it does wear. Depending on where you take it Dealer approx 3k independant guys $1900 and up. I recommend a Transmission repair shop that employs
ASE Certified Transmission Tech's. (usually Lee Myles)

If the source of the leak is betwen engine and trasmission housing then it will be rear main seal.
